After many years in finance, I found myself dreaming of doing something I have always loved. With that, I enrolled in The French Pastry School of Chicago, to hone my skills. After completing the program, I continued at the school on a six-month internship program.

Once I completed the internship program, I took the leap into creating Mindola's Pastries. Now providing baked goods nationwide in the form of unique and original gift baskets.
